I can remember the day as it was like yesterday. It was a great birth. My little princess Victoria was born in the water. I was looking so forward to see you my little girl. I was crying of happiness when you were lain down on my chest. You was the cutes little girl.

From the day you were born, you have filled our lives with so much happiness and laughter. You are always soft and cute. I love to hear you sing and when you are dancing, you are to funny. You are a joy for your biggest sisters and for your mom and dad.

The time has past away, and you are already 2 years old. But for your mammy, you are still my little baby. I love you so much my little girl.

Hi everyone

We take a longer blogbreak. As you all can see, the summer is here and we spend almost all of our time outside of the house. This is the best season of the year. But I just wanted to come up whit some pictures of our spring. Just to let you all now that we are still alive;))

We take a blog break again.

Spring and soon the summer are here. We spend lots of time outside of the house right now. We have to do things in our yard before the summer is here. But we will soon be back.

We Are back!

The reason for our blog break, it’s because we have been on vacation.
We have been on an island in Spain. The name of this island is Tenerife. We have spend a wonderful time together as a family. We have swim, doing some shopping, eating some good food and having lots of fun.
This is our second time on Tenerife. It is a beautiful island. It was so good to have an extra summer week. And now, the Spring is finally her in Norway to.

FRIDAY

Finally it's Friday! My spouse and I love Friday's. That is our special day. Every Friday night we have a date at home. After the girls has gone to bed ( a little bit earlier than usual) we cook some delicious dinner together.We have our own quality time. We may be watching a good movie and fall in love all over again. It is the best day of the week and for us it is important to have a day like this together every week.

I am thankful for my relationship with the Lord.

PRAYER REQUEST

The whole family has been sick for over two weeks now, so I haven’t been that productive and creative on our blog. We are still little bit sick. We have influence and I have had sinusitis.
I am very tired now. And I will ask you all if you please will pray for us that we can be healthy quickly. Thank you so much.

Dear Lord, forgive our yielding to temptation; Forgive our pride, our love of worldly things. Have mercy on our love of sensual pleasure, Compassion on the sins that self love brings.

It must be hard to understand us sometimes; So very different is your heart and mind.But wait, I just remembered that you do know What it’s like to be a part of humankind.

You suffered just like we do, and you were tempted.You lived with us so you could comprehend The things that we go through each trying day, So you could give us mercy, and be our friend.

Book review‏ by Jennifer Barker; Small Changes for a Better Life

Small Changes for a Better Life by Elizabeth George
If you want a book that is easy to read, yet holds many practical truths, than this is the book for you. Elizabeth takes the many areas that we women struggle with and compiles them into a book that will help the veteran Christian, as well as the new Christian to change old habits into new ones.

Her book is divided into five categories: God’s Plan for Your Life, God’s Plan for Your Spiritual Life, God’s Plan for Your Daily Life, God’s Plan for Your Family Life, and God’s Plan for Your Personal Life.

She first invites us to take small steps in incorporating the small change that she has introduced. (i.e. making changes for today and then for tomorrow.) She then gives guidelines for how to make it a habit by doing the small changes over the next week.

This book is all about what I just mentioned. Making small changes that will impact your whole life. God wants us to continue to stretch ourselves and grow. This book is a tool that will invite you to come back again and again to accomplish this purpose in your life.

A busy weekend

My good friend, Ingunn.

This weekend has been very busy. Saturday we were together with some friends. We were out in the snow and play for a whiled. After that, we went in to our friend’s house. They have to kids and they play with our girls and having fun.

Sunday we went to our church, and after the church we were invited to dinner whit a couple from the church. After that, we get a babysitter for our girls, and went to Tønsberg. It’s about 20 min car drive, from our home. Tønsberg had visitors from Canada. Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship with John and Carol Arnott. I guess you know them. He preaches about the Holy Spirit. It was great to hear him preach. And it was a wonderful worship.

Even if the weekend was busy, we enjoyed the weekend.

Questions about me.

My blogging friend, April http://april-georgia.blogspot.com/ She has a lovley blog. Go and visit her site. She sent me some questions the other day. It sounded like fun to aswer, so here is my answeres.

1. How did you and your husband meet?

I and my husband met at my work, okt. in 1997. I worked on a disco. We have been together for about eleven years and married for five years.

2. If you could go back and repeat one day of your life, which day would it be and why?
It has to be my childbirth. I have a wonderful birth with all of my girls and it so wonderful to get those sweet babies in my arms

3. If you could go on vacation anywhere in the world, where would you go and who would you take with you?
I want to visit the USA again. And I want to take whit me my husband.

4. Who do you most respect and why?
Egil Svartdahl. He is a pastor in a Norwegian church. He is a very blessed man. He is very intelligent. And I just love to hear him preach.

5. There is a saying: "Courage is fear that has said it's prayers." Share a time when you prayed and found courage and strength.
It has to be when my moms got cancer. I pray to Good and I just knew that God would let my mom be healthy. I thank God for that.
